Learn the practice of rounding

Rounding is an advanced practice that is designed to deepen your meditation experience. It creates deep rest for the whole system so you can release deeper stress and fatigue stored in the body. It is a sequence of gentle asana (body positions), pranayama (breath work) and meditation to drop you into profound rest and relaxation.

Rounding is a powerful practice that super charges your meditation to help you become less stressed and experience greater flow. Once you learn how to round you can do it at home as part of your regular meditation routine. If at any time you need a refresher you can join a rounding workshop and jump back in. We also offer rounding retreats which give you the opportunity to take a deep dive into your unbounded nature.

Where can I learn vedic rounding?

Rounding investment

We have based our tiered pricing structure on the green bottle method developed by Alexis J. Cunningfolk. This economic justice tool helps you determine where you fall on the sliding scale based on your financial privilege. To determine which rounding workshop contribution is most appropriate for you, please read see below. You may not say “yes” to every statement but the option with the most YES answers will be your contribution. Please be mindful that there are a fixed amount of places for each option. If you select an option at the lowest end of the scale when you can truthfully afford the higher end, you are limiting access to those who really need the gift of financial flexibility. In the event of insufficient sign ups for a class, the session may be rescheduled.
