Meet Kathleen
Kathleen is a Vedic meditation teacher, Naturopath, Breathwork and Kriya practitioner and Ayurvedic postpartum doula.
It is her desire to help people realise their innate state of love, freedom, happiness, creativity and stability through a daily practice of meditation, knowledge and community support. She will teach you and easy, enjoyable letting go technique to dissolve stress and fatigue so that you can experience a full, vibrant, joy filled life with greater ease and calm.
